Our previous Teezily post showed you how to stimulate your ideas and get inspiration from activities related to your everyday life. However, there are more available activities that can help you seduce and reach your target group. Let’s pick “Running” as an example. This sport is no longer a simple activity but has become a passion and a great motivator for many people around the world. By using this hobby as an inspiration, you will be able to target a population regardless of age and gender.

In this post, we will focus on the Swedish market where staying healthy is very important to the majority of the population. Did you know that the EU has ranked Sweden as one of the healthiest countries in Europe? Running/jogging is the most popular exercise in Sweden with nearly three quarters of all Swedes running at least once a week.

Running turns out to be a fairly large niche. So you need to select some sub niches that allow you to target a particular audience. If you are planning to launch a campaign related to running, it’s very important to stay informed about all marathons, running or jogging events over the world. For example, Stockholm organises the country's biggest running event for women (“Tjejmilen” in Swedish) with 34,000 registered participant every year. When “Tjejmilen” will be held for the 32nd time this year on September 5th not only will it be a contest, it will also involve a lot of fun and celebration for the participants and the supporters. “Tjemilen” takes place on the beautiful island of “Djurgården” in the middle of Stockholm, so don’t wait any longer and launch your campaign with “Tjejmilen” as your theme.

Do you want more tips? On September 6th the famous Swedish City Gothenburg welcomes “Colour Me Rad 5k”, one of the coolest running events in the world. During this race, all runners are bombarded with colour bombs and colour cannons for every km they run. The colour bombs consist of comestible colour corn, which is normally used for alimentary products. Now, go on and colour your campaign!
