Delivery Delays

The entire Teezily Team wants to apologise for the delays in delivery we have been experiencing during recent weeks.



As you should have been told by our after-sales service and customer support team, these prolonged delivery dates are due to printing problems unfortunately out of our control.

You had perhaps been wondering if we had forgotten you and your orders, or if our operations were unreliable and untrustworthy. We ask you to trust that we are doing everything in our power to make up for these delays and have taken on extra staff to deal with the increase in demand, both in terms of orders and customer support.

Now our printing issues have been resolved, we are sending your products to you as soon as possible, and your deliveries are being treated with the up most importance, urgency and respect.

We hope you can accept our sincerest apologies, excuse the delays, and most of all enjoy our products when they reach you!
